His leadership skills and preserving approach to collaborate effectively with team members has pioneered the best results to the organization.
Additionally, he was responsible for driving large and strategic deals for expanding the insurance distribution channel that helped the business grow exponentially over a period. He is known for his ability to seamlessly partner with team members and achieve shared goals. He is a firm believer in the fact that deliveries happen through people and teams.
On the academic front, Pankaj holds a Master's Degree in Finance & Marketing.

Anoop brings 14 years of experience across strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and other management functions, with a focus on the BPM, BFSI, and Human Resource sectors. He has held key roles in managing large operations and achieving accelerated growth at companies such as Shri Balaji Global, JBB Innovators, and Basware Corporation.
Anoop is responsible for driving the next phase of GoProibpl growth, geographic expansion, and building the partner ecosystem at GoPro IBPL.
Anoop holds a bachelor's degree and distinguished Design Thinking certification from Kota University. His team building skills have helped GoPro to develop strategies in alignment with the company's policies.
